Right of Withdrawal

This policy fully complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

1. Withdrawal Period

As a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods;
in the case of an order with multiple items delivered separately, the day on which you take physical possession of the last delivered item.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

2.1 One-Click Withdrawal (Recommended)
- Click account.kroak.store, enter the email address used for your order to receive a 6-digit passwordless verification code, and log in to your account;
- Find the eligible order and click the"Cancel"or"Refund"button;
- Select the reason for withdrawal and submit your request to complete the application quickly.
Once your request is submitted, our system will automatically send a confirmation email to your inbox.

2.2 Other Channels
You may also submit a clear withdrawal declaration via other channels, including the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. Use of the form is optional and not mandatory.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

3.1 Refund
We will process your withdrawal without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. We will send you a confirmation via email.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided valid proof of return, whichever is earlier.

3.2 Return Shipping Costs and Diminution in Value
- For unopened items returned for reasons unrelated to product quality, you shall bear the standard return shipping costs.
- For opened or used items returned for reasons unrelated to product quality, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In addition, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods from the refund, based on the extent of wear, damage or use beyond reasonable inspection.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods:
4.1 Goods made to your specific specifications or clearly personalized for particular models/configurations;

4.2 Equipment that has been installed, drilled, wired, or subjected to any irreversible modifications, making it impossible to restore to its original, brand-new condition (e.g., installed diesel heaters, air conditioners);

4.3 Heating or cooling devices that have been filled with diesel, gasoline, or other liquid fuels/chemical agents after delivery (due to hazardous materials transport regulations and resale restrictions);

4.4 Sealed hygienic goods related to food or drinking water contact (such as portable car fridge interiors or water tanks) that have been unsealed or used after delivery, presenting hygiene or health protection risks;

4.5 Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed or affixed with other items;

4.6 Urgent installation, repair, or technical support services requested by you that have been fully performed.

Important Note:
For eligible items that are not subject to the above exceptions but have been unboxed or powered on for testing, they must be returned in brand-new condition with all original accessories included. If there is any wear, scratching, or package damage beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount for the diminished value of the product in accordance with applicable laws.
